One of my new Scorpio friends, Leigh, created a company called Shot in the Dark Mysteries years ago, where she sells murder mystery packages for people to buy online and hosts tours in places like Scottish castles. She also channels spirit guides for friends, which appeared to her during a conversation on relationships. Scorpios Sun signs dominate the psychic profession.
Apart from their detective skills, Scorpios are stereotyped as super sexy, and I think there’s lots of truth there. They are sexy because Scorpios emanate a deep and passionate energy. It’s not that they desire sex any more than other signs, but they do aim to connect with people on a deep, emotional level, and, yes, on a physical level, Scorpios seek to merge with others. It is a spiritual pursuit.
Scorpio are the emotionally strongest of all the signs. They are not scared of dark secrets; as a matter of fact, they love the inward journey and have no problem holding space for someone experiencing a dark night of the soul. Astrologer Jordan Maree describes the Scorpio M.O. perfectly: “It senses, it sees, it penetrates into the other and reads the emotion behind the words, the intentions behind the action, and the patterns behind the ways of being.”
As a Relationship Mindset Mentor with a Scorpio Ascendant, I know that one relationship mindset blocks my Scoprio client’s struggle with trusting whom they are seeing. Unlike other signs, this sign fears when people show interest in them romantically because they feel deeply and fear that they may get hurt.
I get this on a personal level because I have a Scorpio Ascendant, and my lack of trust affected my early relationships tremendously. I believed men couldn’t be trusted and would eventually stray. I looked for proof all around that I was correct not to trust.
Luckily, I had that light bulb moment where I saw my block and wanted to change. Not coincidentally, I chose a very Scorpionic healing method called Core Belief Engineering, in which I am certified. It deeply transforms old limiting core beliefs on both a conscious and subconscious level. As I said, Scorpios need to go deep and love transformative therapies. Today, I can confidently say I have a very close marriage with my husband, Kevin.
Scorpio season is a good time to work on fine-tuning our senses and finding out where trust issues might be holding us back. Lack of trust is not a chronic condition, and avoiding relationships robs us of the potential to grow.
To help, I have three tips from my own mindset work and years of 1:1 client sessions.
🌟 Here are three tips to help you on your journey:
1️⃣ . Forgive yourself for past relationship failures. We all learn and grow.
2️⃣ . Distrust often stems from old hurt that needs healing. It may take time and feel frustrating, but keep searching for healing layers.
3️⃣ . Boost your confidence by telling yourself, “I am capable of trusting someone when it is appropriate.”
