Are you stuck in a relationship comfort zone?

September 10, 2015

I always considered the start of the new school year more like my new year. So, in the spirit of a New Year’s resolution, I’ve finally done something I’ve been meaning to do for a long time. I’ve created my first video blog and appropriately my first topic is about getting out of your comfort zone.

As a Core Belief Engineering Practitioner, I work one-on-one with clients to look at the beliefs that block us from moving into healthy relationships. One of the blocks is our inability to get out of our comfort zone.

Stepping out of our comfort zone is not always easy. Creating this video is an example of how getting out of my comfort zone can help others – especially with concern to relationships. Watch the video and learn from my personal struggles about stepping out of my comfort zone in my own marriage.

I made a conscious decision to get out of my comfort zone and I encourage you to do the same. Watch the video and start thinking of what comfort zones have you gotten into that you need to recognize and get out of? You can watch the video below.

I will get more into what Core Belief Engineering is in coming weeks. Until then, share this video, send me a tweet or continue the conversation on my Facebook page and let me know how you plan on stepping out of your comfort zone.
