It’s easy to get lost in the activity of life. As life gets busy either personally or professionally, it’s easy to get disconnected with yourself, your spirit and your body. This can be exhausting, hard and is not healthy. It is important to take time for yourself and this week I did just that – I challenged myself to do three things to nurture myself.
This meant purchasing a luxurious towel that I wouldn’t normally purchase to replace my old raggedy towels. It also meant taking a mid-day bubble bath after a busy morning with clients (a time when I knew I would really be able to enjoy it) and thirdly, it meant enrolling in a yoga class that I have meaning to take for months. I am very much looking forward to this class!
My challenge for you is to do the same: do three things for yourself this week.
