What is Core Belief Engineering (CBE)?
CBE is a healing method that I use to help entrepreneurs break the bad habits and thoughts that are holding them back from success in their business. I also use CBE for individual therapy and couples therapy to identify and heal the unconscious origins of your relationship problems, which are rooted in your belief system.
The most challenging and painful problems are due to limiting beliefs we hold. Often they stem from challenging or traumatic childhood experiences. They sabotage our our happiness despite our best intentions.
CBE uncovers these deeply rooted beliefs and eliminates them. The result is often permanent change.

Why is Core Belief Engineering Effective?
Here is why CBE works so astonishingly well:

Getting Started With CBE
* Note: All CBE sessions as described below are offered in person in my Ottawa office, Telephone or Via Skype.
1-Hour initial CBE Coaching Session for Entrepreneurs and Individuals
If you are not yet ready for a CBE Intensive session, we can start with a CBE session. This will help determine if we are a good fit for each other and whether CBE is the best approach for you. We will identify what issues we will work on in the CBE Intensive session.
A one hour CBE session is a good start to clarify what you want to work on and if we are a good fit for each other and whether CBE is the best approach for you. We will build your consciousness around what you would like to change in your life.
After the CBE Initial Coaching session as described above, you will attend a full day CBE session (see below). However, if after the initial 1-hour CBE Coaching session, you are still not ready for an intensive CBE session yet, we can schedule more 1-hour sessions. These additional sessions will help you develop the mental and emotional concentration necessary to do the full day CBE session.
CBE Intensive Session
CBE Intensive Sessions are 5-7 hours in length. This allows us to go deep into the core of your problems in order to identify and heal the blocks that are holding you back. Many relationship issues can be cleared in a one-day session. Longstanding problems may take more sessions.
There is a 3-6 week integration period after each CBE session. I provide email and phone support during this time at no extra cost.
Follow-up CBE Coaching Session
During the 3-6 week CBE integration period, it can be helpful to book one or more 1-hour sessions to help facilitate your process. We will remain in contact after each CBE Intensive session and determine whether follow-up CBE Coaching sessions will be beneficial for you. They amount of session are determined by my client although I recommend a number depending on the work that is needed.
45 minute Clarity Call:
If you’re an entrepreneur struggling with charging your rate, promoting yourself, afraid of seeming pushy or icky, resist calling yourself an expert or trying too hard to be a good fit for any client, then I’ve got a new option for you. It’s called a Clarity Call, and for $75 we can chat for 45 minutes and get you more clarity on what’s blocking you from moving to the next level.
Couples CBE Sessions
The process for couples is similar to that described above for individuals.
We start however by doing an initial 1.5 hour CBE session with you and your partner. We identify your patterns of relating and the personal blocks that are causing the pain and turmoil in your relationship.
After the couple’s initial CBE coaching session, you and your partner will attend one or more CBE Intensive session.
There will be a 3-6 week integration period in between CBE sessions. 1-hour supportive coaching sessions may be booked during the integration period if we determine they will be helpful.
Once you and your partner have cleared the issues that have been wreaking havoc in your relationship, the three of us will meet for one or more 1-hour couple’s CBE coaching session.
These couples sessions will provide an opportunity to improve your communication with one another. They also help to integrate the changes you each have made into a new and better way of being together.
